1. Academics and Education delivery :
- Work with academic team to fine tune pedagogy having a distinction between what can be delivered on remote mode and what would need offline interaction. Emphasis on practice based learning and problem solving. Integrate the system with AI enabled platforms to enhance the character of self-learning.
- Industry Interface: Integrated internship program. Remote internship with immersive modules of self-leaning AI platform and a mentored approach where the mentors will be from Industry from varied geography.
- Flexile academic calendar considering the VUCA environment.
2. Student /Customer Experience
- Tech enabled student experience. Not just the classes but all student touch points should have an online option but seamless transition between online and offline. Ability to engage the students/parents as a community with collaboration with them. E counseling, accounts, admin functionaries should have virtual presence.
- Extensive communication with students giving case studies of shape of things to come and preparing them for learning things which do not exist today.
3. Staff support :
- Modifying workflow to adapt with new working style and absorption of technologies.
- Emotional support to the staff which is undergoing the disruption
