[Can Tho, Vietnam/April 16, 2022] – Faculty of Information Technology & Communications of Can Tho University (CIT-CTU), eduCLaaS® Singapore & Titops Co., Ltd. signed the partnership to deliver the work-study courses in Software Engineering & Digital Business in Mekong Delta.

At Job Fair 2022, CIT-CTU signed a cooperation agreement with Titops Vietnam Co., Ltd. and eduCLaaS® Private Limited with the goal of coordinating and implementing training courses according to the program built by eduClaaS ®. Developed and deployed by Titops for the University’s students, besides coordinating to introduce high-quality human resources to organizational partners and the domestic and foreign labor market. The subjects of eduCLaaS courses are 3rd and 4th year students at CTU who want to work for institutional partners in Vietnam and abroad. The focus of the training courses is on continuously updated technology topics such as: Data Analytics, Digital Marketing, Digital Transformation, Blockchain, etc…
Lithan eduCLaaS® is an accredited training organization by Singapore Ministry of Education. eduClaaS® is EduTrust Certified by the Council for Private Education (CPE) and the Center for Continuing Education and Training (CET) designated by SkillsFuture (SSG) Singapore. At the ceremony, Dr. Nguyen Huu Hoa – Dean of CIT-CTU shared that CTU has 1000 students in ICT per year with the graduation rate near 100% and almost all lecturers of CIT-CTU has been trained abroad. Moreover, CIT-CTU has the Electronic & IT Center providing courses on CCNA, National Certification for Applied IT, on demand topics. So, the partnership with eduCLaaS & Titops can bring the international work-study program to not only IT students but also non-IT students at CTU.
Mr. Joel Chow, Managing Director from eduClaaS® Singapore participated via video-conference and confirmed that Mekong Delta is one of the most active regions for upskiling training programs especially for digital economics strategy of Vietnam. With cooperation with CIT-CTU & Titops, eduClaaS® is ready to deliver its best courses in Software Engineering & Digital Business to students in Mekong Delta.
Dr. Nguyen Hoai Tuong, General Manager of Titops, shared that personally he is an alumni of CIT-CTU. For him, this opportunity is considered as backing home opportunity and it’s the best way to “Pay It Forward” by bringing the world-class programs to young people in the region. He hopes that the excellent environment created by CIT-CTU & eduCLaaS can can attract also the international exchanged students to Can Tho. At this occasion, Titops offered 5 scholarships (with the value of 15.000.000VND) to excellent students and 2 full scholarships (with the value of 44.000.000 VND) for CIT-CTU student to join Bootcamp program of eduCLaaS.
A workshop on Future of Work & Scholarships by eduCLaaS & Titops was organized in the same day for students & leturers of CIT-CTU.
